Recruitment & Retention of The Future Talent Pool: An Employer & Employee Perspective

  • Our eyes and ears have been distracted by the “bail out” downturn mentality of the past 18 months. Has Recruitment & Retention left the radar screen? You bet it hasn’t!

  • Competitive markets have not gone to sleep and once again organizations have their finger on the “re-set” button for whatever is next.

  • Our speakers will discuss strategies and techniques that are driving the Canadian workplace to look for the right people, at the right time for the real needs of the future.
